Milk when you drink it, do you think on how it got into that plastic gallon? Well by the Webster’s definition it is a fluid that is secreted by female mammals for the nourishment of their young.Milk has been pasteurization for a very long time and it is the process of heating liquids or foods to kill microorganisms and is necessary for you to drink it because it kills harmful bacteria, and make shelf life longer. but most people are allergic to more to lactose then before.During the 1920’s Americans could buy farm fresh milk pretty much straight from the cow. But now milk is accused of causing everything from allergies to heart diseases, and cancer. Back when it was real milk the things like allergies were rare.
