Excited for State Convention? A few members are excited but nervous as well. District Officer nominations and a few other CDE' were held March 9th at Oakland High School.

One member from each chapter sat on the district officer nomination committee and at least one member from each chapter was up for nomination. The 2009-2010 District Officers will be elected at State Convention March 20-23. Along with that, there were tests going on. Everyone that went to the competitions took either the Agricultural Cooperatives test or the FFA Knowledge test. A few chapters entered the technology scrapbook CDE as well.  Tessa Knight placed first in the cooperatives test

Tessa Knight (Sutherlin) was slated at President along with Elizabeth Dunas (Elkton). Stefanie Vandehey (Oakland) was slated at Vice President with Ben Jernstedt (Myrtle Point) at Secretary. Adam Powell (Sutherlin) was slated at Treasurer. Crystal Rouse (Days Creek) was slated at Reporter and Allahna Hartwick (Glide) was slated at Sentinel.  Good job everyone!
